[Request] Hide extra dock rows #657

If we add multiple dock rows, it would be great to have all extra rows be hidden by default. And swiping up from the dock shows the hidden rows. Microsoft Launcher has this feature if you want an example for proper implementation.

Also, is this Launcher developed still?

It is maintained, but not activly developed.
