Support configuration of server name #284

The Liberty base images provide a server with defaultServer. Explore the option to make it configurable.

In addition to substituting the explicit references/usage of defaultServer, the server create, start and stop commands should also be provided with the alternate server name. There may be other aspects to consider well.
