use the versionless features as

<featureManager>

<platform>jakartaee-10.0</platform>
<feature>cdi</feature>
<feature>mpHealth</feature>
</featureManager>

update test.yml
- actions/checkout@v4
- actions/setup-java@v4 and distribution: 'semeru'
