Design change for interactive guide URL actions #321

In the interactive guides, change the format of URL actions from:

to: Screen Shot 2019-02-02 at 5.17.19 PM.png

This change is a result of user testing where users had difficulty copying text from the action button. One user also failed to click the Enter button. This change provides a single button to open the page but also allows the user to copy and paste the URL if they wish.

Note I changed the wording to refer to the "sample bank app browser" to make it more clear that they shouldn't enter the URL into their real browser. Feel free to tweak the wording.

This change only applies to the circuit-breaker and retry-timeout interactive guides.

I reviewed the change with Karen Deen and she recommeded the following statement:

Click Open page or enter the following URL into the sample browser: https://xxxxxx

where Open page is the button to add the URL and open the page. Note: there is no period following the URL.

She felt that the button should come first as it would be the preferred method.

@mbroz2 I did ask about changing the verb to 'navigate to', but she said the Acrolinx tool tends to prefer simpler words. So we should stick with 'enter'.
