Upgrade `CodeMirror` library #348

The code-mirror library is in need up upgrading to a newer version https://github.com/OpenLiberty/iguides-common/tree/prod/js/interactive-guides/code-mirror

It looks like the code-mirror used by the interactive guides is version 5.28.0.

The javascript.js in this repository does not have changes in code-mirror 5.29.0 and is the same as 5.28.0
