server.xml suggestions not getting as expected if 'Show Word' enabled in settings #406

On Windows OS, when trying to get suggestions in the server.xml file, the suggestions do not appear as expected when the 'Show Word' option is enabled in VS Code settings.

Issue seems to be inconsistent.
