Capture size information in setup.md #119

Document in setup.md the minimum space requirements to setup and run the demo.

According to https://github.com/OpenLiberty/space-rover-mission/issues/12 the space needed is at least 26" x 44" plus space for the hand gesture laptop, such as a 15" laptop.
