I think you are referring to the Varytec Giga Bar Frost Pix 8 RGB, right? Since that only consists of RGB channels, I couldn't see why it would not be supported by Color Chief.
But I see that the Color Chief export plugin is limited to 4 segments per output file, so the file is actually split into two:

Maybe newer versions of Color Chief changed how they handle fixtures with multiple segments?
Hello! I was refering tho this other one: https://www.thomann.co.uk/varytec_giga_bar_pix_8_rgb.htm Did I make a mistake of reading and I am in the wrong one?
This is the same fixture, just without the acrylic 'frost' lens. The DMX mapping should be identical.
Which LIBs are you talking about then? Since the "Varytec Giga Bar Pix 8 RGB" is not in the Open Fixture Library, did you create the fixture yourself? Or did you acquire the LIBs from somewhere else?

I am talking about the LIB on https://github.com/user-attachments/files/17296876/ofl_export_varytec_giga-bar-frost-pix-8-rgb_color-chief.zip
The Varytec with and without FROST seem to work with the same LIBs. I have deattached them from my system, because they only cause problems... I could install the LIBS, as I said, with 2, 3 and 5 chhannels but not the one with 24 that has two segments as the other user said.
When putting the LIBs in the USB, only the 2, 3 and 5 channels are installable. The 24ch will not be found, as if there is no file in the USB. Tried also in an empty USB with only this LIB in the COLORCHIEF folder. Nothing.
