The code is available but was not tested nor validated.

I have data , with joink kinetics expressed in distal, proximal and global frame. I can share it

This would be perfect! Can you provide these data for a same anonymized subject using the basic variant of Plug-in Gait?

Important: For validity's sake, it is important not to filter data for all the trials. Like that, we could better explain possible differences in the inverse dynamics algorithms. This is the same for the force plate to foot assignment. If you can assign the force plates manually, it might reduce the difference between the results.

yes of course. i didn t think you need it

  • Subject information (subject measurements for the Plug-in Gait model, marker diameter, etc.)
  • Calibration trial stored in a C3D file
  • Dynamic trial stored in a C3D file with the kinetics results exported in the distal frame
  • Dynamic trial stored in a C3D file with the kinetics results exported in the proximal frame
  • Dynamic trial stored in a C3D file with the kinetics results exported in the global frame

Hi, you will find attached normal gait c3ds with kinetics expressed in distal, proximal and global referential. the processing was carried out with Nexus 2.3. Static enables flat foot option and no tibial torsion. Marker diameter is 14 mm. i hope that can help you cheers

i don t manage to upload files with github. You can get files from my dropbox : [(https://www.dropbox.com/sh/amzx252vneorjf0/AAArkcfjyXjTw2rP1KPq6ISCa?dl=0)]
