[Admin - Desktop] Voucher manager: End Date is different for Voucher Campaigns page and Voucher Details page

Environment: Windows 10/ Chrome 83

Steps:

1. Log in to Admin Demo site
2. Click on Voucher manager tab
3. Click New Voucher Campaign button
4. Fill in all required fields
5. Set End Date for Voucher
6. Click Save button
7. Pay attention to the end date for this voucher on Voucher Campaigns page

Actual result: End Date increased by 1 day for Voucher Campaigns page Expected result: End Date for Voucher Campaigns page and Voucher Details page are the same
