Make small changes to text in dashboard #343

Desired capability or behavior.

Make some small changes to the dashboard to improve usability

  1. Add periods to the end of the documentation on each tab
  2. Put the tabs in each section in alphabetic order
  3. Use better, more descriptive second level tab names
