Our documentation needs to include information on what inputs [inc. options] and outputs are necessary for each Aviary-core subsystem in order to swap that subsystem out with an external one. Specifically there should be documentation on IO of propulsion and aerodynamics in both pre-mission and mission, as well as documentation on geometry and weights in pre-mission.
