Currently aero decks cannot be scaled using the subsonic_drag_coeff_factor or supersonic_drag_coeff_factor.
Users (like MBSA&E) want to have some scaling possible when using decks, like those decks produced by VSPAero.
They're looking to have this scaling applied downstream of the deck being read in.
