The 4 test cases that swap between FLOPS and GASP methods are used purely as regression tests, where we are simply protecting against changes in outputs. We need to generate ideas on how to verify and validate mixed input cases such as these, and then verify and validate these test cases. A good place to start would be to provide all cases the same set of inputs and compare the major output values as well as the missions.
