Trajectory results report is empty for Birkhoff transcription. #1039

Description

The trajectory results report is empty for Birkhoff phases. The _load_data_sources function is returning empty dictionaries of data for these phases.

Example

See any of the Birkhoff examples, and set make_plots=True in the call to dm.run_problem.
