Adding new TACS API to examples #148

Maybe, we should put an extra column in the README.md table of codes with a version number, so that people know which version of TACS is compatible with the examples?

Maybe, we should put an extra column in the README.md table of codes with a version number, so that people know which version of TACS is compatible with the examples?

Added a new column with recommended version numbers for each code (just defaulted to latest for each).
