I couldn't get it working properly, there are some URLs that give 404, like the Saml2 logout, captura de pantalla de 2013-06-11 14 47 56

I'm working with the demonstration virtual machine, updated and migrated to the latest code. Can you check that all the URLs are alright? :)

Yes, of courses, I have tested the dbauth configuration, but not the saml because i haven't a saml server, but I will download the Virtual Machine and test id correctly.

I have problems configuring the Virtual Machine, but I think i find the problem. Is a saml configuration problem, i fix it now.

Done! I separed it in 2 commits to easy understand which is the problem with the urls.
