fixes #136 Highlighted Web Apps on the OpenMS Website: Enhanced visibility and accessibility of the web applications available on the OpenMS website by highlighting them prominently. Edited FLASHDeconv Description: Updated the description (especially, FLASHDeconv parameters) for FLASHDeconv

Looks good, but can you put them at the beginning of the page and replace proteomics, metabolomics, etc.? We would also need some way to present more web apps for the future. Some kind of slider would probably be good. It is better to look into it now, in case the layout doesn't work with it.

Thanks for comments. I replaced keyfeatures (proteomics, metabolomics, workflows) with webapps.

also I confirmed that i can make webapps scrollable. So if there will be more webapps, i can make it scrollable.
