LFQProfiler: link quantification results to associated spectra #7

This is currently possible for results on the feature level, where all spectra corresponding to an identified feature are associated with the feature and can be accessed quickly. It is, however, not yet possible on the peptide level (merged charge states) and on the protein level.

However, instead of linking spectra directly to peptides and proteins, it would probably be a good idea to link peptides to their corresponding features, and proteins to their peptides. Ideally, we would interconnect all result tables with each other.

3c8cb52 interconnects all result columns to each other. You can now view all associated entities for all Proteins, PSMs, Quantified Features, Quantified Peptides, Quantified Proteins, MS/MS Spectrum Infos.
