Adds further functionality (among others): Fragmentation tree heuristics Negative ion mode data is now supported CPLEX ILP solver support Full-featured standalone command line version (headless version) Time limit for fragmentation tree computations

There will be an update of Sirius 4.0 to build 10 in the next hours - will update accordingly - please leave the pull request as it is for now.
