Upgrade SIRIUS #71

Upgrades SIRIUS to version 4.6.2

Since the internal structure of SIRIUS changed, it is not compatible with prior OpenMS versions.

Changes needed for this version are introduced here: see https://github.com/OpenMS/OpenMS/pull/4725
