FIX SIRIUS binary location #72

Jenkins adds the path to the root folder of each thirdparty into the path.

Since the SIRIUS has a "./bin" directory this did not work (Linux/MacOS).

Removed the bin directory and adjusted the start scripts for SIRIUS 4.6.2.
