Archive/Rename OpenMS/Tutorials repository? #205

Workflows available to download: https://openms.readthedocs.io/en/develop/docs/downloads.html#workflows.
The user tutorial is being added to OpenMS/OpenMS-docs. Ref: https://github.com/OpenMS/OpenMS-docs/pull/52.

This would require:

[ ] transfer open tickets to openms/openms-docs
[ ] archive the repository

But then we cannot update, let only version the workflows anymore.

i never understood the idea of archiving https://github.com/OpenMS/workflows ?

we can have openms/essentials for

workflows
data
schemas
code patches
quick start creating your own stuff
let us do this for you stuff (anything)

on the website on blog from folks
openms.readthedocs tuts.

is it an issue to transfer all tickets to openms-docs, should be just one click per issue?
