Yes much less. 6hrs per run. 20 parallel iirc. But it is beta. E.g. does not have caching yet (https://github.community/t5/GitHub-Actions/Caching-files-between-GitHub-Action-executions/td-p/29445/page/2) This was mainly a test since we couldn't get debug builds to work for the lib.
But I think documentation is never bad. What exactly did you have in mind? If you want to start a content structure in a wiki I am glad to fill some things.
does github actions come with fewer restrictions than the Travis free tier? We have quite a zoo of DevOps tools now in place. Should we start pooling documentation?
