kernel in id_by_mz keeps crashing #198

Running the code in id_by_mz results in the kernel crashing

Does it run over the 2GB limit? Wouldnt be surprised.

@axelwalter Can we reduce it to two files? Can you check if you can delete some large objects with "del" if they are not used anymore?

Good idea, deleting the raw exp after centroiding seems to have solved the issue.
