Add extended text on isotope distributios #241

There is some detailed material on the theoretical background out there (e.g., S Böckers book) and we could directly use some from my thesis without attribution.

My thesis is here: https://publikationen.uni-tuebingen.de/xmlui/handle/10900/82050 and some related information in "Isotope Patterns" but could require domain knowledge ... means that I could understand if this is out of scope of technical writers.
