Update pyopenms.readthedocs.io theme to furo #284

pyopenms documentation lives at https://pyopenms.readthedocs.io/. Update the theme to https://pradyunsg.me/furo/.

Yes but we need to find a nice way for the "Run on Binder" button to be always visible. Currently it is on a custom overlayed header.

Because it's an encoded SVG for the logo

Where the rocket icon allows opening in Binder.

Apparently it is the sphinx-book theme however.

In addition to the doc style of myST-NB, I don't know why this extension was never considered. It might even help us solve the painful conversion from RST to ipynb and make things much easier.

So you suggest to use this theme for the pyOpenMS API reference?

I don't know if it works with our setup. And we most likely cannot easily build two different documentations (which would mean that it looks a bit different than the OpenMS docs). We probably would need to create two separate repositories if we want to have the "best of both worlds". We can just try. It is one line to change the theme if everything goes smoothly.
