API doc table column widths too small #324

Describe the problem you encountered Probably since our recent sphinx version update (see copy button issues etc.)

All the tables in all API docs look weird: https://pyopenms.readthedocs.io/en/latest/_autosummary/pyopenms.String.html

This is the issue

Seems to be fixed here: https://github.com/readthedocs/sphinx_rtd_theme/issues/1368

Do we need an update?
