Parameter summary export

Export a method summary including a short template text for paper method sections and non-default parameters in markdown format.

Reworked configuration page:

• no more forms, parameters will save automatically for much smoother experience
• import / export section

Also limited number of log file lines displayed while running the workflow, smoother with large log files and latest always visible without scrolling.
