Paypal Credit "See terms" not working #4141

Preconditions (*)

  1. OpenMage version [v20.10.2]
  2. Paypal Credit "See terms" link not working

Steps to reproduce (*)

  1. Enable paypal & paypal credit
  2. Go checkout where you should Paypal Credit as a payment method
  3. There is a link "See terms" that going to wrong url or old url which is no longer working

Expected result (*)

  1. See terms should be linked to : https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/campaigns/terms/paypal-credit

Actual result (*)

  1. Its going to old blank page
