Activate the module #4

this it is now on a separate repo and the user installs it, seems ok to enable it no?

but then we've to disable it again the in release builder?

Good observation.

A better solution for that issue is to create a README.md file for this repository (it needs one) and to explain how to use Composer to put it back and what steps are required to active the module, by editing the file /vendor/openmage/module-mage-backup/src/app/etc/modules.

ok so for the time being I'll close this PR just to avoid confusion, we'll manage the README a little bit later.
