as some people in #1 insist on asking Magento regarding this. Make sure it includes OpenMage and OpenMage-LTS

The one who will take this over, may put himself as assignee of this ticket.

btw. I did get a response some time ago.

short: we dont get a waiving or any other guarantee. And as this was a legal topic, there was logically no reason named.
