Add libmateweather when installing the MATE desktop via task-mate #2836

If installing the MATE desktop via task-mate please include libmateweather in the installation.

I do not know what it is and what is the purpose of this PR. Guess this was a mistake.

This library was missing when MATE was installed, this request needs to be reopened.

Thanks for info. Just added it as dependency to task-mate. Fixed package was compiled for cooker and should be available soon in rolling/testing.

No need to double the requires as this was fixed in a proper way previously
