Belgium eID middleware (eid-mw) is out-of-date #2875

Hello,

The package 'eid-mw' is significantly out of date at this point. The OM Unsupported repos contain version 4.4.5 of this package, whereas the current Linux version is 5.1.4 according to the developers' website.

For reference, please see:

  1. https://eid.belgium.be/en/linux-eid-software-installation (the source code tarball under 'Downloads for unsupported distributions' is marked as v5.1.4)
  2. https://github.com/Fedict/eid-mw/tags (source code for all package releases; version 5.1.4 is the most current one which specifies a Linux update, the later versions have updates for Windows/macOS only).

I tried to upgrade to version 5.1.11, please could you check if it works fine?
