Web Browsers do not print in Cooker or Rolling - including after installation of HPLIP software (foomatic-filters - error in POSTIN scriptlet) #2916

OpenMandriva version: Rolling

Describe the bug: Attempted to install two different printers, as web browsers (also in Cooker) will not send print jobs to the printer, printer is not being recognized (?). Unlike in Cooker, Chromium does not crash in Rolling, but displays the below message instead.

Steps to reproduce: Either install printer using CUPS interface (which will install) or HPLIP (which apparently will not)

Observed behavior: See attached screenshots from Rolling

Expected behavior: Printer should have installed.

Additional comment: Prints fine diirectly from CUPS web interface (test page) and from LibreOffice.

The foomatic-filters package might be the problem:

This seems a duplicate of # 2915. Let's focus on one issue namely "Printing from Chromium crashes browser". I believe this issue exists in both cooker and rome and will concentrate reporting in # 2915.
