Which versions (java, maven, quarkus, podman, ... ) are required to be able to use the code base?

Java 11
Maven 3.8
Quarkus 2 (however, that is pulled in via Maven dependencies)
Any reasonable Docker or Podman version that comes with your distribution (Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, RHEL, …) (if you use Docker, just swap out podman with docker)
