If I build locally everything seems OK but on travis the log appears to show tex running 4 times but the pdf that's available at https://openmath.github.io/standard/om20-editors-draft/omstd20.pdf has footline of page 2 of ?? and empty contents page, indicating that it is from an initial run of latex.
No time to check just now but dropping in the issue with a 2r2 milestone so I fix it before then.
If someone else can build locally can you say if the pdf gets built correctly locally?
