XPI package is currently excluded from repo by .gitignore

There is a Gulp task to build the XPI. It then needs submitting to AMO and signing...

@darrenmothersele since 0.2 is mostly just about getting to a point where we can more easily test with a real life project manager or two, maybe we push this out to 0.3?
