@phillipadsmith sent me the .ixp file, which I was able to get running in Firefox Nightly. Cool! Maybe we can try to get the new changes implemented, then I can test a new .ixp file with some colleagues to see what they think.

perhaps we should remove the dist folder from the .gitignore file so that builds can be committed to this repo?

Also, once we've all confirmed 0.2 working, is it worth tagging here: https://github.com/OpenMatt/GitDone/releases or wait for a later more functional release before doing this?

I'm going to suggest moving this to 0.3.
We can consider 0.2 something we just informally test amongst Phillip, Daz and Matt. Plus I can manually help install an xpi file with a couple colleagues here in the office to get them testing.
If the test comes back positive, then we could consider focusing more effort on making it easier for others to install and test as well.
But for now, we could just focus all effort on this one ticket: https://github.com/OpenMatt/GitDone/issues/18 to make things simpler...
