Agree on scope for 0.2 release #17

I'm proposing we just focus 0.2 on a) adding the toolbar buttons, and b) including instructions in the README on how to install the extension.
That way: we can at least start some early testing with a couple of project managers I have already lined up and ready to start testing it as a proof of concept.
We could then push the work required to submit the add-on to AMO, etc, to 0.3.
@phillipadsmith @darrenmothersele what do you guys think? Just an idea. Trying to think of ways to get a bit of extra value out of what we've already done, while minimizing need for more work...

@phillipadsmith do you have any progress on the toolbar buttons you can push? If not, I have an idea for a simple approach to make this work, and could take a look at this.

@darrenmothersele I'm trying to dig myself out from under an avalanche, now that I'm back to work this week. :-(

I've pushed the icons and the basic HTML to this branch. Hope that helps!

Will try to steal some time this weekend.
