bad/old link #22

On page 4 of Addendum B, the link to the Raspberry Pi OS Download Page points to https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/raspbian/, which gives a 404.

I think the new link should be https://www.raspberrypi.org/software/operating-systems/
