I receive this prompt when applying changes. How can I troubleshoot

This seems unrelated to the install script since OMV is running already. Can you please post on the forum?

Is this caused by Python not installed?

No. python is a dependency of the openmediavault package. openmediavault would have failed to install if python failed to install. It looks like your system is failing to contact the ntp server specified in the Date & Time tab.
