Fixed german string #31

shortened "Protokollierungsstufe" as it is cut off in the GUI, fixed string that didn't make sense.

Thank you for the pull request but the plugins use automation to fix the strings once they have been fixed on https://www.transifex.com/openmediavault-plugin-developers/.

Done. Do they need to be reviewed or when are these changes applied?

Generally when I update the plugin, I will update the locales from transifex. I typically don't release a plugin update just to fix a translation though.
