This PR

Implements AX and A'X multiplications for A a SnpLinAlg and X a numeric matrix
- Both tiling operations and unrolling inner loops are supported
- Support impute/center/scale keywords and additive/dominant/recessive models
Fixes #90 and #91

I will write some tests and update the documentation today or tomorrow. In the mean time, it would be great if @kose-y can briefly go over my code to make sure I didn't do anything stupid.

Somehow A*X is broken, even though it was working at some point.... Let me fix it first
