Tutorial Construction

This is an ongoing pull request for building the new tutorial temple since there will be many iterations of getting people in and checking things out.

Is currently comprised of a chain of rooms that teach you about pairs of schools (Qor / Shal, Faren / WC, Riija / Jala, then Kraanan by itself). Each school room temporarily grants players level 3-5 spells and skills. Taking that school removes those spells and grants the player all level 1 and 2 spells and skills in that school, as well as giving an intellect report.

Stuff I can't do myself:

• GUI control, especially in Ogre. This includes popping up windows or emphasizing certain statistics.
• Changing the spells and skills tabs to NOT be alphabetical automatically, but split into schools. Such as "Shal'ille" and "Faren" in separate labeled lists in the same tab.
• Get rid of the spells and skills tabs in Char Creation, or at least hide them behind an 'advanced' tab. Real newbies will have no idea what schools mean or what they're choosing.
