I can't create an account for server 103 #1389

The website keeps coming up with a message saying that I am unable to create an account at this time.

It's a month later and I can't create one either. I was able to get it downloaded on my desktop (praise the sun) and am itching to play.

Hey guys, 103 is in the middle of a server infrastructure move. To get accounts made, please email meridianhelp103@gmail.com, and we'll manually create them for you!
