Add underlake cave #335

Adds an underlake cave underneath d6e6.

Missing snow texture in d6e6.roo on the top step coming up from the water (shows grass when snow in effect).

Thinking we should stick with pressing space to enter the cave (the way you have it now), otherwise players might enter it accidentally if they jump over it (height changes are instantaneous from the server's point of view).
