Description

This is a large chunk of work that tackles this issue #44

Importantly we have moved to a consistent approach for using Dockerfiles and agent argument configuration using yml files throughout the project. Hopefully making it easier for us to upgrade the acapy version in the future.

No affected dependencies.

How has this been tested?

The basic controller notebooks have been run through and all new endpoints tested.
