Description

Migrated the old diffusion experiment for federated learning over DIDComm into the projects section of this repo. It's pretty cool!

We might need to add some more explanatory text though. Give it a run through and let me know.

I am just going to merge this, can always fix any bugs if needed. Only a demo, no code changes.
