Fix: Issue #81 and #105 #106

Modified numpy_spider.py to solve the issue regarding the change in the location and architecture of numpy's documentation. Also, updated the crawler to crawl the latest numpy release(v. 1.19.0) and added inline documentations. Solved Issue #81 and #105.
